Signal Studio provides private creative direction and brand alignment services to a limited number of clients at a time. All engagements are invitation-only, following a personal application review.
We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.

Deliverables created specifically for a client engagement are transferred to the client upon completion of the engagement and full payment, as outlined in the individual engagement agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during an engagement. This includes strategic frameworks, positioning documents, and any materials marked as confidential.
Payment terms are agreed upon individually with each client prior to the commencement of an engagement. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in a pause or termination of services.
Signal Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
